Terms

All orders are processed by phone or email. To submit your first order, please call to set up your account, or contact us through our website at www.huangacrylic.com.

Terms for all orders:

1. New Customers: Initial three (3) orders must be prepaid by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover) or wire transfer. No C.O.D.
2. Established Customers: Net 30 days on approved accounts only.
3. All shipments are F.O.B. Huang Acrylic warehouse, Carrollton, Texas.
4. Open account applications require three (3) approved trade references and a completed credit application. Approval is at Huang Acrylic's sole discretion.
5. Air and expedited shipments must be prepaid.
6. Minimum order is $100.00. All prior invoices must be paid in full before reordering on open account terms.
7. Past due accounts accrue a finance charge of 1.5% per month (18% APR), or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower. Returned checks or failed ACH payments are subject to a $35.00 fee.
8. Shortages and damages: Inspect all shipments upon receipt. Note any visible damage or shortage on the carrier's delivery receipt and notify Huang Acrylic in writing within seven (7) days. Claims received after this period cannot be honored. All returns must be in original packaging to qualify for credit.
9. Returns of engraved, personalized, modified, or custom-manufactured items will not be accepted or credited.
10. Prices are subject to change without notice. Accessories shown in product images are not included unless specified.
11. All prices are wholesale and intended for resale by licensed businesses only.
12. Back orders of $50.00 or less are automatically cancelled unless otherwise requested.
13. Drop shipping: $5.00 per box (maximum $25.00 per order), or $25.00 per pallet regardless of box count. $100 minimum order still applies.
14. Rush processing: $25.00 or 10% of the order subtotal, whichever is greater. Subject to availability.
15. Credit card surcharge: A 3% processing fee applies to credit card payments on Net 30 invoices. No surcharge on prepaid orders.
16. Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier at our warehouse.
17. Governing law: All sales are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Venue for any dispute shall be Dallas County, Texas.
